Answers to frequently asked questions about your overnight stay
Here, you will find all necessary information to arrival and departure times, parking, and room facilities. We have compiled an overview of everything you need to know about your stay at the Waldhotel Stuttgart. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
Arrival and departure
You can check into you room at 15:00 pm. Should you prefer to arrive earlier, we will of course keep your luggage stored safely for you until your room is ready.
We ask you to check out of your room by 11:00 on the last day of your stay.
Television
All rooms are equipped with a flat screen television with satellite TV channels.
Beverages
All rooms are equipped with a kettle, coffee, and tea making facilities. From the Comfort category onwards, a Nespresso machine is available at the minibar in each room.
Dogs
We are pleased to welcome your beloved dogs here at the Waldhotel Stuttgart. Please inform us upon booking should you wish to bring your furry companion. For those staying with their dogs, we are pleased to supply our dog set-up consisting of a treat, dog bag and a base with a bowl as well as a dog card, which you can hang from the outside of the door. Upon request we are also happy to supply a dog bed.
We apply a surcharge 20,00 € per night per dog or 40,00 € in our suites.
Children
We are a family hotel and are especially pleased to receive our younger guests. As a small extra for families, we offer reduced overnight prices for your children:
- Children up to 5 years stay free of charge in your bed or in baby bed that we are happy to provide.
- Children from 6 to 11 years stay overnight for 30,00 € in an extra bed. For breakfast we charge 14,00 € per child.
- Children from 12 to 17 years stay overnight for 30,00 € in an extra bed. For breakfast we charge 28,00 € per child.
- For 18-year-olds and older we charge 60,00 € for an overnight stay in an extra bed and the full price for breakfast.
Credit cards
We accept the following credit cards at Waldhotel Stuttgart: American Express, MasterCard, Visa Card, Diners Club and CUP- China Union Pay.
Minibar
All rooms of the Waldhotel Stuttgart are equipped with a minibar.
Parking
Free parking is available in the front of our hotel. You can also use our underground car park, which is not free of charge. Ther you can find four charging stations for your electric car.
Reception desk
Our reception is open 24 hours a day.
WIFI
In all rooms you can use free WIFI as well as a LAN connection.
Relaxation area
The use of our relaxation area with a sauna, steam bath and fitness room is free of charge.
Payment
You can pay the bill for your stay in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. We also accept EC, Maestro and debit cards.
Room equipment
All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen television, a safe, a desk, an individually adjustable air conditioning system and the facilities to prepare coffee or tea. In addition, all our rooms are furnished with box-spring beds with Treca mattresses. In each bathroom you will find a bathrobe and slippers. WIFI access and a minibar.

Located in green and airy Degerloch, in a quiet recreational area, we found this the place to relax for a stopover on our trip. Excellent service, spacious rooms, leafy surroundings, friendly staff. It has a restaurant and a bar, so you needn‘t go out unless you want to.
