From our selection of event spaces, you are sure to find the ideal ballroom for your family party or company event, in which you will enjoy an unforgettable function with your guests.

Should you wish to celebrate a birthday party or a glittering gala; our event department is happy to advise and support you from the choice of a suitable event hall or banquet room to the smallest details of the decorations.

Ballroom

Up to 100 guests can be hosted in our largest event room. The daylight-flooded ballroom measures 185 square meters and is located in the heart of our hotel. There is a direct access to the terrace, so you can stay outside and enjoy the view of our park when the weather permits. You can choose to welcome your guests on the terrace as part of a reception; the adjoining foyer is also suitable for welcoming your guests, particularly in the colder months.

If you like the ballroom but do not need the entire space for your celebration, it can easily be divided into two rooms of 107 square meters and 78 square meters.

Lindensaal

In the middle of undisturbed nature, you can celebrate with up to 50 guests in 105 square meters of space in our Lindensaal. In contrast to our other event rooms, this ballroom is not directly located in the main building, but is instead located in the middle of the idyllic garden and apart from normal hotel operations. Daylight floods in from all sides, and the delicate green tones of the candlesticks and curtains create a wonderful light atmosphere in the room. The Lindensaal has its own terrace with access to the garden.

Elsässer room

With its size of 51 square meters, the Elsässer room is the smallest of our event rooms. The room is named after the architect Martin Elsässer and located in the historic area of the Waldhotel Stuttgart. It has been restored with crystal chandeliers and wallpapers by designer Vivienne Westwood. Thanks to its immediate proximity to the restaurant, it is ideal for family and Christmas parties with up to thirty guests.

Hotel mit Stil

Wir waren nur eine Nacht da, aber alles wie erwartet und besser. Preise hoch, aber Qualität super. Tolle Zimmer, Betten spitze, toller Barkeeper. Essen auch sehr gut. Frühstück ist okay. Niveauvoller Zwischenstopp auf unserer Route nach Italien - jederzeit wieder.

Top stylische Zimmer, sehr sauber, Weltklasse Service, einfach gerne wieder. Vielen Dank für die schönen Stunden in eurem Hause.

Im Waldhotel kann man richtig entspannen. Der Fitness und Saunabereich ist hervorragend! Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und ließt jeden Wunsch von den Lippen ab.

Top - eigentlich 5 Sterne

Das Hotel hat nicht nur einen super Service, sondern auch tolle Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und man hatte auch eine sehr entspannte Ruhe. Die Rezeption war äußerst angenehm und die Konferenz Räume unten sind für Geschäftskunden auch zu empfehlen.

Ruhiges Hotel - Stadtzentrum schnell erreichbar

Dieses Hotel gibt es schon lange. Es ist bestens in Schuss, alles modern und sauber. Es besticht durch die ruhige Lage im Grünen. Die 4 Sterne Superior sind gerechtfertigt. Ich kann mir kaum vorstellen, das Gäste in diesem Hotel im Rahmen eines Stadtbesuches unzufrieden sein werden.
