Our third experience at the hotel has been good. We are repeat customers and are there for medical reasons so spend a lot of our time in the room. We found that there was no consistency to housekeeping hours and were often forced to leave our room while they cleaned. Knowing if they were to do that floor in the morning, or the afternoon would have been helpful but it was different each day. We also found that not all room items were replaced each day, (sometimes no towels or face clothes, soap, shower cap, etc.) and garbage was missed on two occasions. Otherwise, staff is very pleasant, polite, and efficient. Willing to please in whatever we requested and went out of their way to get what we asked for.
Very tranquil and quiet. That is why we return to this location. Upscale look but comfortable.
Most everything is available. Would like to see a wider variety of “snacks” available either at front lobby location or on the floor. (Ice cream, soft drinks/juice, coffee cream, potato chips/nuts, etc., small pick up and late day snacks)
Bar fridge was usually filled although they missed water and beer a couple of days.
Would like to see a larger variety of room service/lounge menu items with a wider price point so there were less expensive items and smaller portion items for choice. We use it regularly but after a period of time it was repetitive and would have like to see smaller and lighter menu choices. Also would like to see an “a la carte” breakfast menu. We decline the breakfast option due to price and we don’t eat that much in the mornings, but would like something available (pastries, cereal, eggs, muffins, etc.).
A beautiful hotel in a beautiful setting. Very relaxed and comfortable in every way.
Was better this trip but is still annoying when it asks you to login again in the middle of a phone conversation which cuts the caller off. Should be an open connection for the duration of your stay.
Great location for walking and easy access to transportation.
Feel that the hotel is priced high – 4 star hotel at 5 star prices.

Very accommodating staff in all departments. Front desk is exceptional, and found that hotel staff always greeted you (some by name) which made you feel very welcome.
Would like to see better price points for smaller single rooms, (they appear to be priced the same as a double room) and a few more two-room/adjoining room facilities.
